1. About Buy Sell Motors

Buy Sell Motors (the “Website”) is operated by Creativity Sells Ltd (Company No. 05691082) (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide a platform that helps users discover vehicles listed by independent UK motor retailers.

The Website may include listings for cars, motorcycles, motorhomes, caravans, vans and other vehicle types offered by dealers.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

3. Marketplace only (not a retailer)

We do not own, inspect, sell, supply or finance the vehicles listed on the Website unless explicitly stated otherwise. Vehicles are listed by independent dealers.

Any purchase, deposit, finance agreement, warranty, part-exchange or related transaction is strictly between you and the relevant dealer. We are not a party to that contract.

4. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through the Website, we share the information you provide (for example your name, email address, telephone number, message and the relevant listing reference) with the dealer you are contacting so they can respond.

Dealers are responsible for how they respond to and handle enquiries. You should review the dealer’s own terms and privacy policy before proceeding.

5. Listings, accuracy and availability

We aim to keep listing information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that specifications, images, prices, mileage, availability or promotional claims are complete, accurate or current.

You must verify all details directly with the dealer before travelling, paying a deposit or entering into any agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

• You must use the Website lawfully and not misuse enquiry forms or dealer contact information.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, damage or interfere with the Website or its infrastructure.
• You must not use any automated system, software, script, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, data-mining tool or similar technology to access, monitor, copy, extract, harvest or reproduce any content, listing data, dealer information, pricing data, images or metadata without prior written permission.
